- Good possibilty of plant and roof damage
- occupant must vacate premises for up to 4 days
- occupant must bag up perishable food items, medication, certain kinds of clothes, etc
- many other preparations must be completed to residence before fumigation can commense

When we fumigate
1. Fumigation is most practical if infestations extend into inaccessible areas and is impractical to open for further inspection
2. Cost difference between fumigation and local treatment is not great emough to make a difference.
